As most of you now know, Make Ahead Paleo has hit Costco stores nationwide!! (Actually, TWO of my books are in Costco now…The Healthy Gluten Free Life and Make Ahead Paleo!) To celebrate this exciting event, I’m giving away three (3) Costco Cash Cards worth $250 each!!! That’s a lot of shopping!

      Being diagnosed with celiac about 7 months ago has limited some of the foods I used to eat and having additional healthy options is important. There is only so much veggies and chicken you can eat. I would buy The Healthy GF life book and all the amazing ingredients to make awesome GF meals for my family. :).

Honestly it would be fresh veggies( and frozen), lean meats, fish (fresh and frozen), honey, pistachios,almonds, walnuts , avocado oil, olive oil, organic eggs, green beans in the can section, dates, brussel sprouts, lettuce, kale, spinach, artichokes, broccoli, coconut oil, olives, tomato sauces in the can (puree and whole), jalapenos( in the jar), sweet potatoes,85 % dark chocolate, lots of mushrooms,tomatoes, onions, garlic, lots of garlic, spices, balsamic vinegar, butternut squash,almond milk,frozen fruit, tea, ghee,broth, lemons, avocados( my fav) . Now in the vitamin section, fish oil, diabetic vitamins support, vitamin c, garcini cambogia, and all the vitamins for the kiddos. I didn’t know they have almond flour, that will be wonderful if ours carries it. I actually am getting ready to need some right now.   547. My wife and I recently purchased the Make Ahead Paleo Cookbook from Costco and we made the Chocolate Almond Butter Swirl cookies. Great cookies! Especially for me since I am lactose intolerant. We also like how the cookbook has lots of pictures of how the recipes should turn out. Thank You!

    Hi! I would buy your book if my Costco had it (still no joy) and grassfed meat, I do buy my coconut oil there and noooow I would look for honeyville almond flour. But I shop there 2x a week and buy the roasted chickens… ok not organic but cooked and done 4.99 i need all the help i can get, i buy some produce there but there really isn’t much organic, but I also buy dark chocolate covered cherry clusters oh wow! laundry, dish soap some clothes some hooch, hard boiled eggs (again not farm picked) but cooked and done! Bacon, cheeeeeeese, Kerry gold butter and lots more, including tires!
